  • 200 g Woolworths plain South African feta
  • Fresh thyme leaves, to sprinkle
  • 250 g Woolworths frozen phyllo pastry, thawed
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Woolworths everything bagel sprinkle, to sprinkle
  • Sea salt, to season
  • Honey, to drizzle
  • Woolworths pomegranates rubies, to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. Cut the phyllo in half-length ways. Brush one side of the phyllo in olive oil.

2. Crumble half a wheel of feta into the centre of the phyllo sheet and sprinkle over thyme leaves.

3. Roll the phyllo into a parcel and brush the top with olive oil.

4. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt and bagel seasoning (if you can’t find bagel seasoning then sesame seeds or any seeds will do).

5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C° and serve warm drizzled with honey and pomegranate rubies.
