- 350 g Woolworths baked crunchy granola
- 3 T chia seeds
- 3 T pumpkin seeds
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g raw almonds, toasted
- 2 almond milk
- 2 bananas, halved lengthways
- 4 T seasonal honey
- 4 T peanut butter

- Combine the granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and almonds.
- Serve with almond milk, banana, honey and a spoonful of peanut butter.
Cook's note: Breakfast bowls are an easy way to get a good helping of seeds, nuts and seasonal fruit. Mix up a big batch of the granola, seed and nut mix for the week. Add milk, banana, peanut butter and honey and you’re good to go.
