- 60 g butter
- 150 g caster sugar
- 4-6 bananas, halved
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- cream, whipped
1 Simmer butter and caster sugar in a cast-iron ovenproof pan for 5 minutes.
2 Place halved bananas in the pan and top with 1 sheet thawed puff pastry, tucking in the edges.
3 Bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
4 Turn out and serve with whipped cream.
