  • 2 onions
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 4 grated tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 t smoked paprika
  • Char-grilled burger patty

Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice two onions and place in a pan over a medium to low heat with butter, olive oil, grated tomatoes and treacle sugar.
Fry until softened, then add crushed cloves garlic and smoked paprika and stir until combined. Spoon over your favourite char-grilled burger patty and serve on a toasted baguette with home-made mayonnaise and fresh lettuce.
