- Multi-coloured beetroot, thinly sliced
- 1x250 g spring onion and chive cream cheese
- 100 g chevin
Line a loaf tin with clingfilm, then arrange a layer of thinly sliced cooked multi-coloured beetroot at the bottom.
Combine 1 x 250 g tub Woolworths spring onion and chive cream cheese with 100 g chevin and season.
Spread a layer over the beetroot. Repeat until the tin is full. Chill to set.
