Ingredients

  • 66 grams beetroot, cooked, drained, peeled, cubed
  • 3 tbsp yogurt, natural / greek / bulgarian
  • 1 tsp garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

 
Blend everything till smooth in processor. Use as a dip. Or as a spread on your Beetroot bread.
