- 2 t cumin seeds, toasted
- A pinch of salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ red onion, grated
- juice of 1 lime
- fresh coriander, to taste, plus extra to garnish
- 2–3 ripe Gem avocados
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- spring onions, sliced, to garnish
- toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Roughly mix all the ingredients. Garnish with the spring onions, fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
Serve with toasted flatbread or corn chips.
