- 1 small butternut, cooked, sliced into 2cm discs
- 3 T olive oil
- Sea salt flakes, a pinch
- 1 pack Woolworths black pepper wood-smoked streaky bacon
- Fresh origanum, for serving
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut a small butternut into 2cm discs, drizzle with olive oil and season with a good pinch of sea salt flakes.
Roast for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Change the oven setting to grill. Wrap Woolworths black pepper wood-smoked streaky bacon around each disc of butternut and grill for 5 minutes or until golden brown on each side. Serve with fresh origanum.
