- 100 g black sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- 3 T sugar
- 1 x 385 g can condensed milk
- 3 cups cream, whipped
Place the sesame seeds and sugar into a food processor or blender and blitz until they resemble a rough paste.
Add the condensed milk, then fold in the cream.
Spoon into an ice-cream machine and churn until smooth and frozen.
