- 1 x 800 g snoek
- 40 g dried apricots, chopped
- 2 T butter
- 3 T honey
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Braai snoek over medium coals for approximately 10 minutes.
Bring dried apricots, butter, honey, the juice of the lemons, garlic clove and 4 T water to a simmer. Cook until caramelised and use to baste the snoek for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
