Ingredients

- 20 ml olive oil
- 1 oinion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can undrained tomatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 Woolworths traditional brie 500g, roughly chopped

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions, carrot and garlic on a low heat until softened.
Stir in the canned tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, water and sugar. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the basil and season.
Transfer sauce to a food processor and process until smooth.
Just before serving stir in the brie, allowing to melt.
Serve with Woolworths fresh pasta.
