Bright beetroot and olive branch Christmas wreath

Ingredients

Fresh olive branches
2 Woolworths orange and pink beetroot bunches
1 Woolworths Rainbow radishes small packet

Cooking Instructions

Tools: Wire mesh (1 m x 30 cm), flexible wire, fishing line.

Make a wreath by folding the wire mesh into a circular shape and securing it with flexible wire. Thread the olive branches through the mesh, starting at one point and continuing in a circular direction to resemble a whirling wheel.

Thread flexible wire or fishing line through the top of the beetroot bulbs or wind it around the stems of the leaves, then thread the wire through 1 or 2 holes of the wire mesh to secure it to the wreath. Do the same with the radishes.

Tip: This wreath is beautiful propped up in a favourite chair outdoors or in your hallway to set the festive scene for guests as they arrive.
