Brownie cookies with cherries, citrus peel and Habanero sauce

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon Bandito's Habanero sauce
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup glacé cherries (LEAVE WHOLE)
- 1/4 cup preserved citrus peel, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. Mix all together. Form balls and place on baking sheet (I made biggish balls and placed 3 across and 3 down on the baking sheet) and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and with the back of a short glass, gently press the hot cookies flat. Let cool.
