- 1 full recipe pizza dough (see cooking instructions)
- 2 cups Taleggio cheese, grated (or Gouda)
- 8 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 8 basil leaves
- 4 nectarines, cut into wedges (optional)
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Divide the dough into four pieces. Click here for our basic pizza dough recipe.
Sprinkle the counter with flour and roll out into rectangles.
Top with the Taleggio cheese (or Gouda), tomato and garlic and put on a greased baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Mix the basil leaves, nectarines, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Spoon onto the pizza and serve.
