Caramelised white chocolate sauce

  • 400 g white chocolate, roughly chopped

Place a nonstick pan over very low heat. Melt the chocolate in the pan and whisk until smooth.

Stir with a spatula every few minutes until the chocolate begins to caramelise – about 40 minutes.
