Ingredients

Method
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 4 smashed anchovies
  • 12 olives
  • 1 head cauliflower

Fry a chopped onion in olive oil until brown and caramelised.
Add red wine vinegar, smashed anchovies and pitted and halved olives and stir-fry with cauliflower florets for 10 minutes.
Season to taste and serve warm.
