- 410 grams Chakalaka (Mild / Hot)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt, pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
Drain the tinned Chakalaka well. Discard the liquid.
Preheat oven to 200 oC. Prepare muffin pan. Mix the Chakalaka with egg, milk, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Stir in self-rising flour. Spoon into muffin pan. Sprinkle little bit grated cheese on top. Bake for 20 min. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
