  • 250 Bakers Original Tennis Biscuits
  • 250 butter, melted
  • 2 cream
  • 500 white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 Higher Living Organic chamomile & Vanilla Teabags
  • assorted berries, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

1. Crush the biscuits finely in a food processor or blender, then stir in the melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 23 cm springform tart tin and smooth with the back of a spoon. Chill for 15 minutes.

2. Heat the cream and teabags in a saucepan until just under boiling point. Remove from heat and allow to infuse for 5 minutes.

3. Stir the chocolate into the cream until the chocolate has melted. Pour into the tart case and chill for at least 12 hours or overnight. Decorate with fresh berries before serving.
