Cheesy biscuits

Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g cake flour
  • 100 g butter, softened
  • 100 g Cheddar, grated
  • 1 t chilli flakes
  • 1 t fresh thyme
  • 1 t garlic flakes
  • 1 t dried curry leaves, crushed
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Knead all the ingredients together until a dough forms. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for 1 hour.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut dough into shapes and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
