  • 400g Chicken Fillet
  • 250g Mushrooms
  • 250g Spinach
  • 250ml Fresh Cream
  • Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Parmasan cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley
  • 3tbs Salted Butter

Cooking Instructions

Heat Olive Oil with Garlic, Thyme and Onion.
Add cubed Chicken.
Once Chicken is brown, add mushrooms and Spinach.
Add Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley and stir.
Cook for 8 minutes
Add Fresh Cream and Butter.
Once the sauce has thickened, add cheese.
Serve hot.
