Ingredients

  • 2 green mangoes, sliced julienne
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced julienne
  • ½ red onion, sliced julienne
  • 3 t olive oil
  • 2 T fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • 65 ml Greek yoghurt
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Combine the mango, cucumber, onion, olive oil and coriander in a large mixing bowl.

Arrange on a serving plate, dress with the yoghurt and season.
