- 500 g Woolworths Southern fry mini chicken fillets
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 T fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1 T sesame seed oil
- ¼ cup soya sauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange 500 g Woolworths Southern fry mini chicken fillets on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, fry cloves of chopped garlic, chopped ginger and sesame seeds in sesame oil until fragrant over a medium to low heat.
Add soya sauce, honey and rice wine vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes to thicken slightly. Dip the chicken into the sauce to coat and serve immediately topped with chopped spring onions and steamed rice and greens.
Cook's note: Serve as is, or with stirfried noodles or in crisp lettuce wraps.
