  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 50 g pistachios, grated
  • For the orange salt, mix:
  • 2 t orange zest
  • ½ t salt flakes

Cooking Instructions


1. Spoon the chocolate into discs onto greaseproof paper.

2. Sprinkle over the pistachios and orange salt and freeze until ready to serve.
