Ingredients

Method
  • For the coconut caramel:
  • 1 x 400 ml can Woolworths Coconut Milk
  • 100 g Woolworths Coconut Sugar
  • ½ t Woolworths Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ t salt
  • For the pudding:
  • 1 pack Wooloworths dark chocolate brownie bites
  • 150 g Woolworths Caramel Coated Air Popped Corn
  • 140 g Woolworths Chuckles® Malted Puffs Milk Chocolate Clusters
  • 100 g Woolworths Dry Roasted Honey Glazed Cashews, chopped

1. To make the caramel, place all the ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes until reduced slightly. Cool and allow to thicken.

2. Pile the remaining ingredients on a serving platter and drizzle over the caramel.
