Chocolate mousse for breakfast? Yes, we went there! These overnight oats are so decadent, you’d never guess that they’re quite nutritious too. Mix hot chocolate or cocoa with the oats, chill overnight, then top with cultured coconut and dust with more cocoa or hot chocolate the next morning.

Ingredients

Method
  • 3 T Jungle Oats oat bran
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 1 T Nomu skinny hot chocolate powder
  • 3/4 cup Woolworths organic coconut-and-rice milk
  • Woolworths Plantlove vanilla cultured coconut (optional)
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)

1. In a cup, combine the oat bran, chia seeds and hot chocolate. Add the coconut milk and mix to combine. Chill for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.

2. Before serving, top with a generous spoonful of cultured coconut and dust with cocoa powder.
