  • 1 x Woolies Vanilla cake mix
  • 3 free-range eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 180 ml sunflower oil
  • for the filling, combine:
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • For the icing, mix together:
  • 50 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • cinnamon sugar, to sprinkle

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook cake according to package instructions. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
2. Poke holes all over with back of a wooden spoon. Pour the filling into each hole.
3. Remove cake from pan and place on plate. Drizzle over the icing and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar.
