  • 1 large watermelon
  • ½ cup Cinzano
  • Pink peppercorns
  • Basil leaves

Cooking Instructions

Slice a large watermelon into large chunks, place in a bowl and pour over Cinzano. Chill until ready to serve, then scatter over pink peppercorns and a few fresh basil leaves.
