  • 900 g free-range chicken pieces 900 g (thighs and drumsticks)
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 x 350 g punnet Woolworths citrus duo
  • 2 T Woolworths BBQ spice
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • thyme, for serving
  • Woolworths ultimate mash, for serving  

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with the olive oil. Place the citrus between the chicken pieces, then season with the BBQ spice and salt.

2. Roast for 45 minutes–1 hour, or until golden brown.

3. Top with thyme and serve with the ultimate mash and your favourite veg.
