  • 200 g cubes of salmon
  • Lime juice
  • 2 T chopped capers
  • A spoonful of plain yoghurt
  • Rocket leaves
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Black pepper
  • 4 Wraps

Cooking Instructions

Pan-fry cubes of salmon marinated in lime juice.
Add chopped capers, a spoonful of plain yoghurt, rocket leaves a squeeze of lemon juice and a crack of black pepper.
Heat four wraps and divide the mixture among them.
