Classic Christmas pudding in honey ginger syrup
Ingredients
- 1 x 900 g classic Christmas pudding
- icing sugar, for dusting
- 250 g ready-to-roll icing
- 1 cup honey
- 2 t ground ginger
Cooking Instructions
Warm the pudding, according to your choice of package instructions.
Dust a work surface with icing sugar. ROLL the icing onto the dusted work surface.
Stamp star shapes into the icing using a cookie-cutter.
Combine the honey and ginger.
Wrap the base of the warmed pudding with festive ribbon.
Place the icing stars on top of the pudding.
Drizzle the honey-and-ginger syrup over the top of the pudding.
Serve immediately.
