Ingredients

  • 12 ClemenGold® mandarins

Cooking Instructions


1. Peel 6 ClemenGolds and arrange the segments in a Tupperware or baking tray in a single layer. Freeze overnight.

2. Blend the frozen segments with the remaining peeled ClemenGolds. Freeze once more.

Cook’s note: If you like, pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze.
