- 2 T honey
- 100 ml organic soya cream
- 2 oranges, segmented and cut into slices
- 1 lemon, segmented and cut into slices

Fill a small, deep saucepan with hot water then bring to a boil.
Divide the sliced fruit between two egg coddlers. Drizzle with honey then seal.
Place the coddlers in the boiling water then steam for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with organic soya cream.

Cook’s tip: Soya cream can be heated and used like normal cream, but cannot be whipped.
