Ingredients

  • 2 T honey
  • 100 ml organic soya cream
  • 2 oranges, segmented and cut into slices
  • 1 lemon, segmented and cut into slices

Cooking Instructions

Fill a small, deep saucepan with hot water then bring to a boil.

Divide the sliced fruit between two egg coddlers. Drizzle with honey then seal.

Place the coddlers in the boiling water then steam for 5 minutes.

Serve warm with organic soya cream.

Per serving: 898.5kJ, 2.7g protein, 9.2g fat, 29.2g carbs

 

Cook’s tip: Soya cream can be heated and used like normal cream, but cannot be whipped.
