  • 1 Woolworths cranberry and ClemenGold three-bird roast
  • 150 g Woolworths cranberry-and-Port glaze
  • Fresh sage leaves, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

Cook the three-bird roast according to package instructions. Before the roast is cooked, glaze it with cranberry and Port glaze, cooking further to caramelise. 

Once cooked, allow the roast to rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra cranberry-and-Port glaze on the side. Garnish with sage leaves.
