Ingredients

  • 2 T olive oil
  • ½ t paprika
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 160 g Woolworths chakalaka bean salad
  • ciabatta, sliced and toasted
  • 35 g Woolworths nut-and-seed sprinkle
  • fresh chilli, chopped, for serving
  • feta, crumbled, for serving
  • fresh coriander, for serving

Cooking Instructions

1 Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the paprika. Fry the eggs until crispy, then season with salt.

2 Heat the chakalaka or leave at room temperature, then spoon over the ciabatta. Top with a crispy fried egg and serve with the nut-and-seed sprinkle, chilli, feta and fresh coriander.
