Hi there! We checked with Clem and this is what he recommends: “The flour is there so add to the browning plus to thicken the final sauce. So if you want to use cornflour, you should mix some of the liquid with 1T of cornflour to create a slurry then and that back to the sauce to thicken it.” Best, Annzra Denita Naidoo, Online Editor
