- 2 x 80 g goat’s-milk-cheese Crottin
- 100 g soft-eating dried figs, halved
- honey, for drizzling
- crisp bread, for serving
Take the cheese out of fridge to soften before cutting in half and filling with fig.
Top with the remaining cheese half then add some more fig.
Drizzle with honey and serve with crisp bread.
