  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1 T Woolworths macadamia oil spread
  • 3 Woolworths Roma tomatoes , sliced
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 8 slices Woolworths dairy-free Cheddar flavoured cheese

1. Heat the olive oil and macadamia oil spread in a saucepan. Once melted, add the tomatoes and increase the heat to high and season. Once the oil starts to brown, layer the cheese on the tomatoes, allow it to melt, and serve
