Date smoothie for Suhoor

Dates are traditional for Suhoor and they shine in this simple smoothie recipe. Five ingredients are all you need!
Ingredients
- 7 dates
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 T honey (heaped)
- cinnamon, a pinch
Cooking Instructions
Soak the dates in the milk overnight. Blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
