  • 200 g sugar
  • 65 ml water
  • 250 g Roydon Camembert
  • 200 g De Leeuwen blue cheese
  • 500 g litchis

Cooking Instructions

Place the sugar and water in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir until dissolved. 

Once the sugar is golden brown in colour, pour it onto a sheet of non-stick baking paper and allow to set. 

Break off shards of caramel and blend until coarse. 

Place the Camembert on a platter and top with the blue cheese. Scatter over the caramel. Serve with the litchis and star-shaped blue cheese cut-outs.
