Dried Apricot and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 100 grams white chocolate, chopped
- 100 grams dried Turkish apricots, chopped
- 80 grams dried Apricot roll, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 oC. Spray baking sheet. Mix all together, form 9 big (or 24 small) balls, put on baking sheet (not too close to each other, they do spread) and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
