  • 1 loaf fresh ciabatta, thickly sliced
  • 1 x 200 g punnet Duetto Dolce
  • 1 x 240 g jar organic Adriatic fig spread or green fig preserve

Cooking Instructions

Place thick slices of ciabatta under a hot grill then toast on both sides until golden.

Serve on a large platter, generously spread with Duetto Dolce and topped with fig spread or green fig preserve.

Cook's note: Duetto Dolce a delicious cheese available at most Woolworths stores in fig & pecan nut and honey, date & Brazil nut.
