- 400 g Woolworths frozen Norwegian salmon portions
- dill butter, to cook
- Woolworths frozen mashed potato, to serve
- wholegrain mustard, to serve
1. Fry salmon sides in dill butter, skin side down.
2. Serve with frozen mashed potato, cooked according to package instructions, with a dollop of wholegrain mustard folded into it.
Chef’s tip: Cook this salmon side from frozen in the oven, or wrapped in foil over coals.
