Easter coconut marshmallow Horlicks with white chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 g Horlicks
  • 4 T water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 espresso shots (optional, for adults)
  • 80 g Milky Bar, chopped
  • 150 g Woolworths toasted coconut marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

Mix the Horlicks with the water to form a smooth paste.

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the Horlicks paste and mix well.

Add the Milky Bar and stir until melted.

Remove from the heat, top with the marshmallows and blowtorch to form a golden crust. Serve immediately.

Cook's note: Why not drink chocolate? Try this as a sweet start to your day or as an after-dinner treat. Dunk your favourite rusks for extra indulgence (Woolies Cinnarusks get our vote).

    I see this recipe which has Horlicks in it. The problem is you cant buy in SA anymore. Can someone please let me know where Horlicks is available to purchase.
