  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 nectarines
  • vanilla ice cream, to serve
  • frozen raspberries, to serve

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring 2 cups water and the sugar to the boil to make a syrup. Reduce the heat, then add 4 nectarines and poach over a low heat for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and serve with vanilla ice cream and frozen raspberries.
