- 200 g Woolworths frozen roasted Mexican-style corn mix
- 1 T butter
- 1 cup cream
- 1 x 250 g packet bacon
- 2 x 75 g packets Woolworths quicksticks two-minute noodles
- 100 g Cheddar or Parmesan, grated
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fry the corn mix in the butter until slightly golden. Add the cream and reduce for 5 minutes.
2. Crisp up the bacon in the oven, this should take 5–10 minutes.
3. Cook the noodles without the flavour sachet. Serve with the corn, bacon and grated cheese.
