- 10 sheets samoosa pur
- 250 g mozzarella cheese, grated
- sundried tomatoes, cut lengthwise into slivers
- 5 g paprika
- sweet chilli sauce, for serving
To make the filling, combine the grated mozzarella cheese with slivers of sundried tomato and season with paprika.
Then make a paste using a little flour and water and mix to a sticky consistency.
Fold the samoosa pur as per the instructions in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE9WZzjVGhI) and place 1 T of the filling into each pocket, using the paste to bind it.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with a good-quality sweet chilli sauce.
