Egg roll-ups with tuna
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs, large
- Spices, to taste
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 170 grams Tuna in water, drained
- Mayonnaise, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 oC. Grease a glass rectangular oven dish really well. Mix the eggs, milk and spices and pour into the oven dish. Bake on the center oven rack for about 12 minutes till its all set. Remove from oven.
Mix the tuna with spices and little bit of mayonnaise.
Lightly spread the tuna mixture over the egg ‘roll’. Carefully from the short side, roll up the egg roll to the center of the dish. Cut the 'roll' from rest of still flat egg and remove from the dish. You still have half the egg roll in the oven dish. Repeat with that.
Carefully remove from oven dish, cut into ‘sushi’ pieces, stand upright on plate and serve with veggies, starch and bread.
