Fish Paste Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour / Cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons White sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Fish paste
- 1 teaspoon Finely ground black pepper
- 4 short stalks Celery stalks (optional), sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (optional)
Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190 oC.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, pepper, paprika, celery and sugar. Make a well in the center. In a small bowl beat egg, fish paste, milk and oil together. Pour all at once into the well in the flour mixture. Mix quickly and lightly until moistened, do not beat.
3. Pour the batter into a greased (or lined) 12 muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
