- 4 T butter
- 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 big pinch dried chilli flakes
- 300 g green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 T soya sauce
- 2 t paprika
Heat the butter to a medium heat in a large pan and drop in the garlic and chilli flakes.
After a minute of stirring them quickly, add the beans and stir-fry them for about 10 minutes.
Now toss in the soy sauce and paprika, and keep cooking for another 5 minutes until all of the moisture has evaporated.
Serve the beans with an extra dusting of chilli flakes, depending on your liking.
