  • 365 g box Woolworths scone mix 
  • 1 free-range egg 
  • 150 ml buttermilk 
  • 50 g chorizo, chopped
  • 5 g rosemary, chopped 
  • 20 g Grana Padano, grated, for serving 
  • 10 g honey, for serving 
  • 50 g butter softened, for serving 

Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the scone mixture according to package instructions to form a shaggy dough. Add the chorizo and rosemary.

2. Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a circle. Cut the dough into 8 wedges and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions.

3. Add the Grana Padano and honey to the butter and mix well. Serve with the scones.
